About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) / HSE Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment team. You will ensure legal compliance, conduct risk assessments, and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Gefährdungsbeurteilungen (risk assessments) in accordance with German legal requirements
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and standards (ArbSchG, DGUV)
- Support the investigation of incidents and implement preventive measures
- Conduct safety trainings and awareness sessions for employees
- Advise management on occupational health and safety improvements
Qualifications
- Certified Sifa (BG / TÜV)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety
- Excellent knowledge of Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG), ArbSchG, DGUV, and related regulations
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
Certificates
- Valid Sifa certification (BG / TÜV)
