We’re Hiring: Sicherheitsbeauftragter – Safety Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Dresden, Germany (Full Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sicherheitsbeauftragter / Safety Engineer (m/f/d) to support daily safety operations on our project sites. You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and actively contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily safety inspections on site
- Conduct joint inspections with contractors and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Lead toolbox meetings and promote a proactive safety culture
- Submit daily and weekly reports in PCM
- Support the reporting and investigation of incidents
Qualifications
- Certified Sicherheitsbeauftragter (BG / TÜV)
- 1–2 years of site experience in construction or industrial projects
- Basic German communication skills and proficient English (B2–C1)
Certificates
- Valid Sicherheitsbeauftragter certification (BG / TÜV)
