About the Role
We are seeking a certified SiGeKo (Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator) (m/f/d) to oversee safety coordination on construction sites. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the SiGe-Plan, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating all safetyrelated activities between contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update the SiGe-Plan (Safety and Health Protection Plan) in accordance with legal requirements
- Conduct risk and hazard assessments throughout all project phases
- Coordinate safety and health protection measures between all contractors, planners, and stakeholders
- Ensure legal compliance with occupational safety and construction of site regulations
- Monitor and supervise on-site safety practices, conducting regular inspections, audits and meetings
- Support project management by integrating safety planning into project timelines and workflows
Qualifications
- Certified SiGeKo (BG / TÜV) in accordance with RAB 30
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Familiar with BaustellV, ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
- Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2–C1)
