About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) / HSE Manager (m/w/d) to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function. In this role, you will ensure compliance with German regulations, manage HSE systems, and drive a strong safety culture across project operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall HSE project management and implementation
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
• Conduct Gefährdungsbeurteilungen (risk assessments) in line with legal requirements
• Ensure compliance with ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV, BaustellV, ISO 45001
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and contractors
• Supervise contractors and monitor site safety performance
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
• Provide HSE advice to management and support continuous improvement
• Prepare and submit HSE reports
Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or HSE-related field
• Certified Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) (BG / TÜV)
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (project environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ASiG, ArbSchG, DGUV, BaustellV, ISO 45001
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Certificates
• Valid Sifa certification (BG / TÜV)
• Additional certifications in ISO 45001, DGUV, BaustellV are advantageous
