Health & Safety Engineer (m/w/d)

TPC Germany GmbH specializes in turnkey engineering services for the semiconductor industry. The TPC Germany GmbH is a newly established German subsidiary of Taiwan Puritic Corp. (TPC), which was founded in 1996.

We are seeking an Health & Safety Engineer 1-2 years of hands-on experience to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure.

The infrastructure includes

• Our existing ERP and new in-house application systems
• Cybersecurity of our email and file systems
• The endpoints management

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent system administration skills of operating systems (both Microsoft Windows server and Linux system)
• Fundamental cybersecurity concepts for our Microsoft 365 Exchange email system and file systems Willing to learn cybersecurity to ensure our systems are well protected
• Enthusiasm in endpoint management: Coordinating with the vendor to provide proper end-user’s hardware and software support
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes related to health and safety
• Review plans for new machinery and equipment to make sure that they meet safety requirements
• Inspect facilities, machinery, safety equipment, or products to identify and recommend corrective action for potential hazards
• Investigate the cause of industrial accidents or injuries
• Direct the installation of safety devices
• Create new or review existing employee safety programs and recommend improvements
