About the Role
We are looking qualified Senior Design Engineer (m/w/d).
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients to confirm project requirements, design scope, and technical specifications, and provide professional engineering input.
• Independently develop and review system piping diagrams, process flow diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Perform and optimize 3D modeling and creation/maintenance of Revit families.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain design drawings, BIM models, and related technical documentation.
• Execute BIM model integration, clash detection, and technical coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain and update Revit/BIM model data to ensure alignment with site conditions and as-built documentation.
• Analyze and resolve design conflicts, construction interferences, and system integration issues during the construction phase, and propose practical solutions.
• Serve as a technical point of contact, coordinating with TPC, ESMC, and subcontractors to clarify design issues, equipment specifications, and prefabrication requirements.
• Perform and review material quantity take-offs to support cost estimation and procurement activities.
• Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
